Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us a 24 hour notice so that we have time to schedule another guest.
  • Failure to cancel within a 24hr notice could result in a non-transferable deposit.

Limited Seating

  • Due to limited seating and as a courtesy to others, we ask that guest do not invite people who are not being serviced to their appointment.
  • Parents please observe “Limited Seating” policy.
